3rd SATURDAY MONTHLY OPPORTUNITIES
Feed My Sheep
820 N. New Braunfels Ave. San Antonio, TX 78202
Time: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
Project: Bring dessert (brownies, pie, cake). Items needed are women’s clothing (pants) sizes 2-8, men’s clothing (pants, sweaters, jackets) sizes 36-40, and men’s and women’s shoes. Also bring some water.
Volunteers Needed: 30 Max.

Real Life Christian Assistance

Meet at Concession 2 Building, behind the amphitheater
Service Hours: 8:30 – 11:30 am
Project: Package and/or distribute groceries for families in need, or minister to people by praying in a supportive environment.
Volunteers Needed: 20 max.
Age Minimum: Children 8 years and up are welcome with a parent/adult

Mats Matter

Meet in the main foyer of the sanctuary
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Project: Crochet clean plastic bags into mats that are distributed to the homeless.
Please bring a size P crochet hook. Don’t know how to do it? We’ll show you!
Volunteers Needed: 30 max.
Age Minimum: Children 8 and up with adult supervision are welcome!

The Glen Neighborhood Outreach
7000 Glen Mist Drive, San Antonio, TX, 78239
Time: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
Project: Cooking and serving a meal for the community, neighborhood cleanup and repairs, and distribute food and clothing. If available please bring weed trimmers, branch cutters, mowers, chain saws, square nose shovels, brooms, blowers, trash bags, trailers, wheelbarrows, hammers, and saws. Be sure to bring water, gloves, rubber boots, work boots, and wear long pants for the neighborhood cleanup.

San Antonio PREGNANCY CARE CENTER
The Pregnancy Care Center provides compassionate care and practical help to empower women to choose life-affirming options for their pregnancies. On-going opportunities for volunteer service including program mentors and class facilitators, client advocates, layette advocates, data entry, nurse advocates and sonographers, and material aid organizers. AGORA MINISTRIES
The mission at AGORA Ministries is to ENCOURAGE, EMPOWER, EDUCATE, and MENTOR disadvantaged children and “at risk” youth in one of the lowest income areas in San Antonio. They help clothe and feed those in emergency need, with love, care and dignity, and offer HOPE for success to all they come in contact with.

One by One Ministries equips volunteers from local churches to mentor expectant parents or parents with brand new babies. We match our trained mentors with moms who are asking for help! Mentors help families, especially the moms, with parenting tips and life skills; share the gospel; and connect families to church and community support networks.

Any Woman Can is a non-profit Health Center that offers FREE services to people that are in crisis. Our team helps educate, counsel and test. So that those in crisis will experience a comeback. Any Woman Can’s counselors, nurses, and client advocates walk alongside women in crisis by offering FREE Counseling, FREE Ultrasounds, FREE STI testing and FREE Pregnancy testing.
