Christmas at River City!

2020 has been hard, so we want to take advantage of the last days we have left of it and set our focus on the true meaning & significance of Christmas…the birth & reign of our savior, Jesus Christ. Each Sunday in our services (in-person or online) we will be walking through the meaning of Advent and what each candle in the Advent wreath represents. Christmas is the culmination of Advent and of our hope, love, joy, faith, & light represented in the baby born as Messiah.
Emmanuel, God with us.

We pray that this Christmas will shape how we remember 2020 and how we anticipate 2021.

Service Schedule for ending 2020:

2020 has been hard on everyone and we want to bring the one true hope that we can offer this world. The birth and good news of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Our Christmas Eve service on December 24th will be the LAST services on our campus of 2020. Join us ONLINE ONLY on December 27th. Below you will be able to download our Christmas invitation to your mobile device and share it everywhere you like. Send a text, post on social media, or airdrop it to your waiter. We pray that we can all be a part of providing hope in a somewhat seeming hopeless world.

Volunteer!

” The memories I remember about Christmas (besides the presents, I know, I know…but I was a kid, give me a break) are baking cookies with my grandma and serving together as a family at our church services. Now I can’t wait to serve with my kids!”
– Rachel, 35

If you want to create a memory that you and your family will want to make to close out 2020….volunteer at one of our services before or after attending together. Register below!

Our Program

Our 60-minute program will include music, candles, and a retelling of the Christmas story. It’s geared for all ages, but the little ones might enjoy our fun-kid focused experience for preschool where they can be more active and playful. A nursery is available for babies 6 months and older.  A Babyland section is provided in our service for kids under 6 months with an easy escape to our foyer and cry room.
