We Do Life in Groups
At River City, we believe real life is experienced in groups. Life Groups are small communities, typically made up of 4 to 5 couples or 8 to 10 individuals, who meet in homes across the city for healthy relationships and spiritual growth.
It’s where Sunday’s message becomes Monday’s conversation, where prayer gets personal, and where you experience what true, authentic Christian community feels like.

Prefer to start fresh alongside others who are new too? Twice a year we open a season built for stepping into a group together. Our next CONNECT On-Ramp Season begins January 2027. Come meet leaders in person at the Connect Center during weekend services.

Life Groups
At River City Community Church, we believe that real life is experienced in groups. Life groups are long term groups of people in similar life stages who are committed to growing together and walking through life, in community, with one another. Generally, a group consists of 4-5 couples or 8-10 individuals who meet for healthy relationships and spiritual growth.

There are a couple ways you can jump in on group life…
CONNECT On-Ramp Season!
Current: August 2026
We have bi-annual “on-ramp” seasons to make connecting to a group easy! You’ll have the opportunity to meet some leaders, learn about groups, and dive into one that fits you and your family at any of our weekly services during these seasons! Stop by our Connect Center before or after service and we’ll help you on your way to Group Life!
We have two Connect Seasons a year (January & August) so, if you’ve missed this last one and want to join a group before our next “on-ramp” season, scroll down for option two!
JOIN AN OPEN LIFE GROUP
If you’re eager to jump into group life right away, we have several established life groups that are looking for new individuals and families to welcome in. These groups are already meeting in homes and locations around the city and would love to have you join them!
