Anxious for Nothing Class

May 15

in this four-week class, we will explore three aspects of anxiety and stress: the emotional,  the physiological, and the spiritual.  We’ll learn about the personal aspects of anxiety, the physical responses to anxiety, and the Biblical references to anxiety, as well as techniques to reduce anxiety through prayer.  Please register so that the correct number of materials can be prepared.

Starts Sunday, MAY 15th, at 11:30 am in Portable 3B for 4 weeks.  Led by Cathleen Wakeland.
