AGORA Inner City Outreach Opportunties

As one of our inner city partnerships, Agora Ministries has two opportunities right now for at-risk students. Check out the BIG DISPLAY in the courtyard on the weekends of Sept. 14/15 and Sept. 21/22!
AGORA STUDENT MENTORING:
Get more info and sign up to be a mentor for an at-risk student for the 2019-20 school year. Talk to Juliana Perales, director of the program.
AGORA SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE:
Although school has started, many times at-risk students aren’t able to bring the supplies needed and teachers are left to purchase them. Check out the School Supply List below and consider how you can donate! We will be collecting supplies over the weekends of Sept. 14/15 and Sept. 21/22. Drop off the supplies at the BIG DISPLAY in the courtyard (or at the church office during the week).
SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST:
*2 Options: Bring a backpack complete with all of the listed supplies, OR, bring any of the supplies below:
1 Large Backpack (elementary student size)
1 Box of Crayons (16-24 ct.)
1 Pair of Scissors (blunt)
1 Large bottle of School Glue
1 12″ Ruler (with centimeters)
1 Package of #2 Pencils
6 Pocket Folders (with brads, assorted colors)
2 Spiral Notebooks (wide rule, 70 sheet ct.)
1 Large package of loose-leaf, wide-ruled Notebook Paper
1 Large Pink Eraser
1 Large box of Tissues
